Maravilloso dúplex de alta calidad ubicado en una segunda fila frente al mar en Puerto Pollença. Hay dos piscinas comunitarias, una grande y una pequeña, para compartir con los otros diez apartamentos en el edificio. Bonitos y elegantes jardines rodean los apartamentos y la piscina. Este dúplex se encuentra en la planta baja. Con detalles muy cuidados, dispone un recibidor, una cocina, un baño y un gran salón comedor abierto a una terraza junto a las piscinas. El primer piso de compone de tres dormitorios y dos baños, uno de ellos en suite. Ubicado en una calle tranquila que permite un fácil aparcamiento gratuito, pero a sólo diez minutos a pie del centro.
Internet con fibra optica, ideal para trabajar desde casa.

Terrace area gets the morning sun and until about 3pm before it is then in the shade, but there is the option of moving the lounger out towards the pool for some extra rays of sunshine! Outdoor table, drying rack and sunshade also available. Situated one street behind the main promenade and a quiet area with a short walking distance to the front where the supermarket and all the main cafe’s & restaurants. On street parking is also ok with plenty of choice. Host was very helpful for any issues that we had and in contact at beginning and end of trip.

The whole family had a great time staying in the La Nau duplex. The compound is lovely and it was great having the pool directly from your front door. The host was very attentive to any of our needs and queries throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Nau - most of apartments in the complex were not occupied! Two lovely pools, ideal for our two and a half year old granddaughter. Comfy sofas, three bathrooms with one downstairs, air-con was efficient and quiet.The pver más
We really enjoyed our stay in La Nau - most of apartments in the complex were not occupied! Two lovely pools, ideal for our two and a half year old granddaughter. Comfy sofas, three bathrooms with one downstairs, air-con was efficient and quiet.The position was ideal, just a block back from the beach, with its beautifully clean sand and clear sea. When we had trouble opening the key safe, a phone call brought help quite soon, similarly a plumbing problem. The wi-fi signal was poor, only good in the master bedroom.

We had a great bike holiday staying in Peps house. Everything is very new, modern and perfectly clean. Communication with Pep was perfect and we was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The location is perfect just 50-100 m from the beachanver más
