A muy pocos metros puedes llegar a la playa paradisíaca donde poder dar largos paseos y relajarte.
En la planta inferior hay dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con litera, y un baño.
En la planta superior hay una moderna cocina abierta junto al salón comedor que da a la terraza principal con hamacas para tomar el sol, con un aseo. En el espacio hay grandes ventanales con espectaculares vistas al mar, con lo que hay mucha luminosidad. También hay un baño, una terraza trasera y una coladuria.
Se puede aparcar justo en frente de la casa de forma gratuita.

Disponemos de fibra óptica con internet de alta calidad para poder teletrabajar.

Despertarse con el sonido de las olas se hace realidad en este apartamento espectacular con vistas al Mediterráneo. Con acceso directo al mar, es ideal para 5 huéspedes que quieren disfrutar de vacaciones tranquilas en Son Serra de Marina, en el norte de Mallorca. Empezar el día de mejor manera, con un desayuno en la terraza con vistas despejadas al mar y a las montañas, después un chapuzón refrescante - así podría ser su día a día en este apartamento. En Son Serra de Marina encontrará un pequeño supermercado, un chiringuito, una playa de arena y algunos buenos restaurantes. A lo largo de la costa se puede hacer largos paseos, explorando calas vírgenes hasta llegar al pueblo de Can Picafort. Allí hay supermercados grandes, más restaurantes y servicios. Si le gust el deporte, en el Rancho Grande puede montar caballo y disfrutar de excursiones en la playa. Más al este está el pueblo pintoresco de Artà y Capdepera; el segundo es famoso por su castillo y la feria medieval, que tiene lugar en mayo. Por la tarde puede finalizar el día con una barbacoa rica con sus seres queridos. El apartamento de una sola planta está decorado con un estilo mediterráneo y tiene grandes ventanales que miran hacia el mar. El salón-comedor con aire acondicionado es el lugar perfecto para grandes veladas. La cocina ofrece un buen equipamiento para poder preparar sus desayunos y platos favoritos, incluyendo un horno, cafetera nespresso, encimera de inducción y tostadora, entre otras cosas. Puede elegir entre 3 dormitorios, uno con cama doble, otro con 2 camas individuales y el último con una cama nido, ideal para 2 niños. El dormitorio con cama doble cuenta con un baño en-suite con bañera. Aparte, hay otro baño con bañera. WIFI y radiadores eléctricos están disponibles. Si viajan con su bebé, podemos preparar una cuna y una trona bajo petición. A tener en cuenta En las Islas Baleares existe una tasa turística, llamada Ecotasa, que se tiene que abonar por cada huésped a partir de 16 años. El importe es de 2.2 EUR por noche y persona en temporada alta y 0.55 EUR por noche y persona en temporada baja. A partir de la novena noche, este importe se reduce la mitad.
