This bright and spacy apartment for 6 people in Puerto de Pollença is situated less than 100 meters from the sand beach and offers 20 m2 private balcony.
Port de Pollensa is a vivid resort situated in the northern Mallorca. It´s long sandy beach and wide array of excellent restaurants and cafes, attracts families and everybody else who wishes to enjoy sun, sand, and the sea during their stay at Mallorca. The bay of Port de Pollensa is lined with pine and palm trees and offers attractive scenery also for cyclists, which are a commun view on the winding road towards to the one of the highlights of the island, the natural paradise of the Formentor peninsula. Due to its location, Port de Pollensa is also an excellent choise for those who wish to explore the beautiful hiking trails in Tramuntana mountains, just one hour drive from the town.
Puerto de Pollença is a family friendly place, between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Nearby, there are many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars - everything you may need during your stay. The fine grained sand beach offers sun loungers and parasol rental and there are some beach bars, perfect for having a cocktail in the evening. The old town of Pollença is famous for its cobbled alleys, the Calvari and Pont Romà bridge. Especially during the low season, you can make nice excursions in the Tramuntana mountains, for example Cala Bóquer, Formentor or to the monastery of Lluc. You can take the bus towards Puerto de Alcúdia, Formentor, Alcúdia and Pollença old town.
The space
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the apartment building with the vicinity of the neighbours. It has a private 20m2 equipped balcony, where you you can enjoy dinner al frenco after a sunny day on the beach. The living-dining room has A/C and access to the open kitchen. The living area offers a Tv with satellite channels. If you fancy cooking, there’s a well equipped kitchen with induction stove with electric oven, a Nespresso machine and a microwave. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 twin beds and one with the bunk bed. Two shower bathrooms and a washing machine with the iroing board complete the equipment. We can supply a cot and a high chair on request.
To consider
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night.
The deposit of 300 Eur will be retained through a credit card and the guest will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
