There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments set in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This friendly penthouse is set in the second floor, which you can reach using the stairs or an elevator. Beautifully decorated and careful to detail, there is a large living and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite, and a kitchen open to a terrace over the sea with a marvellous surprise. There are some stairs that go the incredible terrace on the penthouse. Very large and with breath-taking views of the sea and the whole bay, it is equipped with a table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner, some hammock to sunbathe and a wonderful Jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the center.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist resorts in Mallorca, the coast has not been completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a splendid variety of cafés and restaurants, and a few excellent hotels.

The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
