Beautiful town house located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in a quiet street in the center of town, very close to Calvario, with a modern and original decoration.
It has a large garage, which is essential in the old town of Pollensa. The stairs lead to the first floor, where we find a nice dining room with a small terrace, and a modern kitchen.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.
On the third floor we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom en suite and a terrace with fabulous views of the Calvary and the mountains.
Perfect house to enjoy the cycling season as it has a space to store and tune them up. It is a perfect place for your holidays, especially if you want cycling tours and pedaling in Mallorca.
The perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
Special features; It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high quality internet to allow for a better home office.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance.

It would be nice to have a shower in the big bathroom and privacy (no door on bedroom and noise travels, and glass door on bathroom) but that's being picky. Love the place. Been 5 times, now!

Everything was nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great, quiet location. The communication was perfect and upon arrival everything was explained to us and tips for finding a supermarket and restaurant were given. If you want to spend a few relaxing days at Pollenca, this is the place to be. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city centre of Pollenca. Definitely recommended!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Pep’s house, cannot rate himthe house highly enough, he was very helpful and courteous and responded to any messages very quickly, he met us at the house and showed us around and gave instructions on how to use see more

Within minutes, you are in the centre of the town, with itschoice of restaurants, bars and cafes. A real bonus is the garage, which has ample space for a car and is set up perfectly for bikes, with hanging hooks, a work stand, tools and a track pump. Communication with Pep and Maggie was brilliant and they could not have been more helpful. Instructions for getting to the house were detailed. We really enjoyed our week here.

All areas were spotless, yes we would go back again.

What a lovely place - spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the centre, easy access to the beach, formentor and the mountains. And with a cycle station, this makes a great base for serious cycling. If I had to pick out any negatives, see more

If I had to pick out any negatives, access by car can be challenging, especially if there are parked cars n the narrow streets, and the church bells ring throughout the night, but these are obviously no fault of the property, just a part of being in Pollenca.

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). We came for the absolutely brilliant cycling and access see more

We came for the absolutely brilliant cycling and access to the downstairs garage made life very easy. The villa was very tidy and all the appliances were of a high standard. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch and was certainly not the only (fantastic) wine we enjoyed during our stay! Would highly recommend.

This is a great apartment to stay in right next to the heart of the lovely town of Pollenca. The nice thing about it is that centre of town is extremely lively with restaurants bars etc but the flat is just five minutes walk away and none of the noissee more
This is a great apartment to stay in right next to the heart of the lovely town of Pollenca. The nice thing about it is that centre of town is extremely lively with restaurants bars etc but the flat is just five minutes walk away and none of the noise/bustle carries over - no issues with being kept awake at night. 15 minutes drive to the coast, 40 minutes to Palma, a great location for exploring the island. There is a lovely terrace overlooking the town adjoining the top floor ensuite bedroom. A great place for a quiet read/aperitif before heading into town in the evening. The garage was especially useful - do get a small car if renting - the streets are very narrow - we had a Fiat 500 which was perfect. Thanks Pep for all the welcome and all the local tips and recommendations .

Hemos quedado súper satisfechos con este apartamento. Es increíble el precio que tiene para el apartamento que es, lo recomiendo al 100%. Al entrar a la casa el dueño nos dejó unas coca-colas, unas cápsulas de café, en la cocina ya había especias, sal y aceite. También nos dejó toallas tanto como para el baño como para la playa, lo que agradecemos mucho porque las toallas de playa ocupan mucho la mochila. También tendréis champú y secador, en cambio gel para el cuerpo no. La casa es ta cual como se ve en las fotos. Tan solo recomiendo que uséis un coche pequeño para moveros por las calles ya que son estrechas, aunque el garaje es muy grande y puedes meter un coche grande sin ningún problema. Es una casa adecuada tanto como para invierno y verano, ya que tiene estufa y aire. Sin duda alguna, si volvería a Mallorca repetiría en la misma estancia.

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte eine perfekte Lage zur Stadtmitte. Die Anfahrt in den kleinen Gassen ist anfangs nicht leicht jedoch stellt dies mit einem Kleinwagen kein Problem dar. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte eine perfekte Lage zur Stadtmitte. Die Anfahrt in den kleinen Gassen ist anfangs nicht leicht jedoch stellt dies mit einem Kleinwagen kein Problem dar. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Townhouse, gut ausgestattet. Liegt sehr zentral zum Stadtkern. Mit Mietwagen kann man von dort aus alles schnell erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Couldn’t have been a better location for us, so close to so many lovely restaurants and off road parking (a must in pollensa). Super clean and spacious and a lovely balcony off the master bedroom that got the sun on the evening with such goodviews.

Sehr schönes, typisch mallorquinisches Haus in zentraler Lage mit einem kleinen Balkon, der aber einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Kalvarienberg und die Dächer von Pollenca bietet. 2 Gehminuten ins Zentrum (Kirche und Plaza Mayor), 1 Minute zuden Stufen des Kalvarienbergs. Große, voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern), Waschmaschine und Pellets-Ofen, gemütliches Ledersofa mit Fernseher (Netflix u.a.) und Wi. Für eine Familie mit bis zu vier Kindern ideal, für zwei befreundete Paare eher nicht, da oberstes Zimmer ohne Türe => keine Intimsphäre. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der einem viel Vertrauen schenkt, Tipps gibt und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar ist (Englisch od. Spanisch).

Die Lage ist einfach genial: nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt! Quasi das Haus befindet sich im Stadtzentrum! Jeden Abend haben wir die wunderschönen Ecken der Pollença entdeckt! Tolle Restaurants und die Wege zum Spazieren! Das Haus:allessee more
Die Lage ist einfach genial: nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt! Quasi das Haus befindet sich im Stadtzentrum! Jeden Abend haben wir die wunderschönen Ecken der Pollença entdeckt! Tolle Restaurants und die Wege zum Spazieren! Das Haus:alles da, was man braucht! Absolut ruhig und riesig! Die Betten sind super bequem! Die Ausblicke sind traumhaft! Abends ein wenig zu heiß oben, aber dafür sind die Klimaanlagen auf jedem Stock da. Pep: die beste Betreuung ever! Mein Navigationsgerät war ein wenig mit den Straßen überfordert und Pep ist zu Fuß zu uns gekommen und hat mich bis zum Haus gelotst. Immer erreichbar, alles super easy und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem Check-in und- out. Straßen: sehr eng, ich musste meine Angst überwinden, als ich zum 2. mal mit meinem Panzer hin fuhr! Aber, nachdem ich das geschafft habe, war die Enge der Straßen kein Hindernis mehr. Also- auch ein riesiges Auto kommt durch, auch wenn andere Autos auf den Straßen geparkt sind. Ich wollte unser Verbleib bei Pep verlängern, da ich das Haus einfach genial fand. Leider war das Haus schon weiter verbucht. Thanks a lot Pep for everything! We ll come again for sure!
