Townhouse with puig de Maria view is a charming property located in the old town of Pollensa with a private garage.
The house is on the first floor by stairs, it has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious and bright living room with cozy reclining chairs and a sofa, a full kitchen, dining table, work desk and air conditioning. The high wood beams and stone pillar are original to the historic house. You'll find a modern bathroom with a Hansgrohe 25 cm rain shower head situated between the living room and bedroom.
It has a lovely terrace with views to the village and the Tramontana mountains to enjoy your holidays.
It is ideal for home office as it has fibre optic WiFi.
The perfect location and your own private garage parking makes it a privileged holiday home. You will be in the centre of the village and only five minutes walk from the Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafes and a delicious ice cream parlour.
Supermarkets are just a few minutes driving, and small botiga markets are within walking distance.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Cala Sant Vicenç is just a 10-minute drive, and at 6 km distance you will find the (port) Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. The house offers beach chairs and towels for your enjoyment. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

This townhouse is very nice furnished and absolutely cozy. The open living room (incl. kitchen, dining room table and TV corner) offers plenty of space and is also very comfortable and cozy On the same level, there is a nice bathroom with a wonderful relaxing rain shower. Before the way upstairs is the bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The terrace has a great view of the Puig de Maria. The surroundings and the streets around are very quiet - all in all, a great place to relax and we will definitely come back! Short distances to the center and good restaurants and bars around, are another plus.Just like the garage. We have booked through HomeVillas360 several times before and this time it was great again, just like the communication before and after the stay. We will be back!

El apartamento está arreglado con mucho cariño y detalle. Se nota que a la empresa o propietarios les gusta hacer bien las cosas. Es un punto muy a favor tener garaje en la casa, ya que el pueblo tiene calles muy estrechas y es complicado aparcar. Lasee more

La ubicación respecto a la isla nos gustó mucho porque queríamos un entorno más tranquilo y bonito a nivel paisajístico que el de la capital. Puedes salir en bici directamente desde la casa y recorrer lo que tus piernas aguanten.

The street was quiet despite being very close to the center of town. We walked everywhere for two days which was nice. The water from the tap was drinkable and tasted good. Our hosts were responsive and were kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early which we appreciated so much after a day of driving. If you like Pollenca area this is a great spot.
