Very bright and comfortable accommodation of 120 m², located on the beachfront, with sea and mountain views.
Just in front of a rocky beach and 90 metres from a sandy beach. And 200 metres from the town centre.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedrooms with single beds. 3 bathrooms, one with shower and two with bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room. Satellite TV, stereo, WiFi,.
It has a garden with a fenced-in plot, swimming pool, barbecue and terrace furniture so that you can enjoy the good weather and the amazing sea views.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included ( 3 kw/day and person)
- Heating from November to April according to consumption 1,40 Eur/litre or market price at the time of stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön. Direkt am Meer, mit schönem Garten, aber kleinem Pool. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ins Dorf geht's etwa 1 Kilometer und hat sehr gute Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig. Sogar durch die Wände vom Nachbarhaus hört man die Leute sprechen. Die Badezimmer Armaturen sind auch nicht top. WC Deckel ist nicht angebracht. Und die Abfallentsorgung ìst grenzwertig.
