Description
Set in Son Macia, in the East of Majorca, this spacious villa is perfect for 6 guests seeking quiet holidays in the countryside.
The house is set in a quiet and rural area called Son Macia, which forms part of the municipality of Manacor. The east part of the island is famous for its lovely small beaches like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Mendia or the beach of Porto Cristo. We recommend you to visit the Caves of Drach and the Chapel of San Sanvador with stunning views. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are quite close, in Manacor or Felanitx. A car is essential.
The exteriors of this villa are amazing, including a private tennis court, an organic vegetable and fruit garden and a private, 10 x 5 metres chlorine pool. Around the pool, you can enjoy sunbathing on the hammocks or make a pickinck in the garden. The front terrace is a lovely spot for a summer dinnner as it has a barbecue. Your kids will enjoy harvesting fruits and vegetables from the garden or taking eggs from the chicken coop. A bonus point is that the tennis court can be used also as a football pitch. You can bring your pet on request.
The rooms are distributed over two floors and the house provides you with free Wifi, fans, a well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a fireplace, board games and TV with satellite channels. Our guests can choose between three bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the others with a double bed each. Besides, there are 2 shower bathrooms, a washing machine and a cot and a high chair.
To consider:
You can rent the house from November to March upon request. The heating fee is 30 Eur per night.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
