This charming traditional Mallorcan house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, trees and hedges.
The holiday villa is very cosy and completely furnished with new furniture. The living-dining room has access to the kitchen as well as to the terrace with dining area. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and another bedroom with bathroom on the first floor.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a green lawn. The covered barbecue area with seating invites you to unforgettable evenings and meals.
This villa is very special, it is located in a quiet area and belongs to a well-known Mallorcan artist. The property is highly recommended for 2-6 people as well as for a family with children.
Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms
The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
Important
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
It should be noted that the holiday home has fibre optic internet, which allows for a fast home office.
Smoking is only allowed outside
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.
Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home.
Size of the pool 8x4m / depth max:1,9m /depth min:1m
The turquoise blue beaches of Cala Sant Vicens are only 5 minutes away by car.
The old town of Pollença is also only 10 minutes away by car.
Supermarkets such as Lidl and Eroski are only 1.5 km away.

Quirky and pretty home with amazing outdoor space. Pool and gardens fab. Easy walk into Pollensa for dinner. We didn’t stay long but imagine a great place to base yourself for wider exploring!

Die Finca von Pep hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Liebevoll aber nicht überladen eingerichtet und dem mediterranen Flair angepasst. Und vor allem in ruhiger Lage. Zwar muss man mobil sein, um zu Restaurants etc. zu kommen, aber wir haben die Fahrten dusee more

La casa es ideal, super espaciosa, tiene zona de barbacoa y ping pong, tanto la piscina como el interior de la casa estaban impecables y tienes super y gasolinera a 3 minutos en coche. Se está muy tranquilo, definitivamente repetiríamos:)
