Beautiful villa located in Pollensa, on the way to one of the best known coves on the island, Cala San Vicent.
It is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and a lot of green.
The property is developed on one floor so it adapts to all types of clients, families with children, adults.
It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The double bedroom en suite, two bedrooms with two single beds en suite and finally the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a large window with access to the garden.
The property has air conditioning in all rooms.
Outside you can enjoy a large garden, pool, barbecue, ping pong table
Smoking is allowed outdoors
The air conditioning works automatically between 19 and 5hrs. It regulates the temperature to 23 degrees. It does not work outside these hours.

IMPORTANT:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

Amazing villa with private pool and lovely garden in Pollensa, Mallorca North, perfect for 8 guests. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and the Pollensa golf course. The next beach, Puerto de Pollensa, is just 6.5 km from the house and the surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. We recommend you to visit the old town of Pollensa with the Calvary or visit the Tramuntana Mountains, including Sóller and Valldemossa. A car is necessary. The exteriors are amazing and feature a private, 10 x 6 metres chlorine water pool, a spacious terrace with several sun loungers, an exterior shower and a barbecue. You will enjoy sunbathing in the well-kept garden, playing ping-pong or al fresco-dining at the porch. The one-storey house has a living-dining area, a fully-fitted kitchen including a vitro hob and a dishwasher and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom comes with 2 single beds and an en suite shower bath while 3 rooms are fitted with a double bed. The house provides you with 2 separate bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower and hair dryer; free Wifi, a TV with satellite channels and a cot on request. To consider: The air conditioning is working from 8 pm to 8 am. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be paid before arrival.
