The property is divided into three units.
The main house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. It also features a full bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The second house offers two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub, while the other has both a bathtub and a shower, combining comfort and style.
The third house has two double bedrooms, a guest toilet, and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, it includes a cozy studio with a double bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette with basic equipment.
Each unit comes with its own open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with gas stoves, dishwashers, kitchen utensils, drip or Nespresso coffee makers, and a complete set of dishes, ensuring guests have everything they need.
For added comfort, all houses are equipped with air conditioning in the living rooms and bedrooms, as well as quality Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, and satellite TV.
This estate is perfect for sports groups, large families, or companies looking to organize work retreats or training sessions in a unique environment.
Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a charming inland village in Mallorca that has preserved its traditional essence. Every Thursday morning, the local weekly market takes place, where you can find local products and handicrafts. For dining, restaurants like Es Pati, known for its creative cuisine, and Can Pedro, offering traditional Mallorcan dishes, are local highlights. There is also an Eroski supermarket in the village.
Just a few kilometers away lies Cala Millor, one of the largest and most popular beaches on the east coast—ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. Nearby, golf lovers can enjoy courses like Pula Golf, just 10 minutes away by car, and Canyamel Golf, around 20 minutes away.

A car is necessary, and free, secure parking is available at the exterior area of the property.

On the day of your arrival, the property manager will welcome you, which is why we need to know your estimated arrival time and flight number.
The Ecotasa, a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, must be paid on site upon arrival. It is €2.20 per night per adult from May to October, and €0.55 per night per adult for the rest of the year. It applies from the age of 16 and is reduced by half from the ninth night onward. It must be paid before arrival.
The security deposit will be held one month prior to your arrival via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days after your departure and inspection of the property.
Guest registration is done on site and is mandatory by law.
