Set 3.5 km from the beach of Can Picafort, this self-catering villa with private pool can comfortably accommodate 2-6 guests
The villa is in a quiet ane peaceful environment and features a private, 9 x 4.5 metres pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. The spaciouse terrace furnished with sun loungers invites you to relax. Furthermore, exteriors include an exterior shower and a barbecue to enjoy great al-fresco dining.
Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro hob and a dishwasher. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The house provides you with two bathrooms with bathtub or shower, a washing machine, Wifi, satellite-TV and an iron with ironing board.
The nearest village, Can Picafort, is 3.5 km from the villa and provides you with supermarkets, restaurants, children’s playgrounds and shops. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Playa de Muro, a fine grained sand beach. We recommend you to visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença, the Formentor lighthouse, the market of Sineu and the Artà Caves. A car is necessary.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
