Immerse yourself in the tranquility of an 8 x 2 meter saltwater pool, with a maximum depth of 2 meters, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. For the little ones, there is a children's pool with a depth ranging from 0.1 to 0.6 meters and dimensions of 3 x 4 meters, ensuring fun and safety. Children will also enjoy a playground equipped with swings and slides, while sports enthusiasts will find a soccer field perfect for outdoor activities. The large terraces and furnished porch invite you to relax and enjoy panoramic mountain views. The barbecue area is ideal for outdoor dining, with 20 hammocks and 5 umbrellas available for all guests to enjoy the sun in total comfort.
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, and Italian coffee maker, offering everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The large dining room has enough space for all guests to enjoy meals together, while the living room, equipped with satellite TV and WiFi suitable for remote work, offers a cozy space to relax. For added convenience, the villa has 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, an iron, and an ironing board, ensuring all practical needs are met.
The villa features 16 bedrooms, distributed as follows: 4 rooms with standard double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, and 11 rooms with queen-size double beds. The 15 bathrooms, all equipped with showers and hairdryers, ensure comfort and privacy, with 10 of them en-suite.
Air conditioning throughout the villa guarantees a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Additionally, the property houses animals such as chickens and horses, cared for daily by the owner, adding an authentic and charming touch to the experience.

Sineu is nearby and is famous for its weekly market, one of the oldest and most authentic on the island. Every Wednesday, the town's streets fill with stalls selling local products, crafts, and fresh food. About a 10-minute drive away is the town of Inca, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations. The northern coast is home to the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, and the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. A car is necessary to get around.

The pool is closed from December 1st to February 28th inclusive.

The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is paid at check-in.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the IDs or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email, and on the day of arrival, each registration form will be signed.
